Yeah, I think there's a little more here than meats the eye and it has the added bonus of fitting together pretty well. There's a WHOLE world of parasites and disease(mycoplasmas) we don't get becuz we don't have insects in our diet. Go to places where they do, and dollars to donuts, they also have exotic diseases we don't get here as well. Yeah. It's becuz when you have bug protein, amino acid profiles in your gut, your body can now sustain all sorts of critters it normally wouldn't be able to,aking you VERY susceptible to things your body has NO natural defense towards. So, when it comes to lab grown "meat", maybe it's modeled after meats humans eat... Maybe it ain't. May e it's modeled after things organisms that shouldn't live inside a person under normal circumstances, can eat. They have a whole collection of organisms that they've "created" and they eat who knows what. "NO BUG PROTEIN FOR ME, THANKS". Lol. I'm telling ya. It's not just gross.
