Wealthy  Emirati or Arab men pay large sums of money (ranging from $25,000 to $100,000) to influencers, models, or escorts to travel to Dubai and participate in extreme and degrading sexual acts. The participants, often white women, are said to be lured with promises of luxury trips, shopping sprees, and cash, only to face humiliating, degrading and dangerous situations.
