..... a German scientist investigated black goo and has good information on it, I'll find and post asap.  I think his name is Harold Kuntz Villa... and it was a member of US military intelligence that first directed attention to him, meaning there's something to see here... it's not just some scientist I personally stumbled onto... he was pointed to by someone that's in the know., so to speak.... and I see why, the scientist discovered a serious substance and real phenomena that surround it.  Those who want to know, should know, but it's not for everybody.
