NATO's biggest provocation for Russia as the Ukraine conflict completes two years. NATO has allowed Ukraine to "attack Russia" with "deadly" F-16 fighter jets. NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said that once Kyiv receives F-16s, it will be free to use them even outside its borders.
