Mama dog cried and refused any help, while her tiny puppy whines in a hole on the beach

Someone was yesterday walking in the forest near that place hearing her barking, Following the cries, they discovered something surprising. This dog is barking continuously when humans appear. They can't reach her because she's in a deep hole!
