YouTube tried to fact check "new world order" into a conspiracy theory, all the while the source of the term has been on their own servers (posted by C-SPAN, no less) for six years, having been uttered by President George Herbert Walker Bush, from the White House, on January 16, 1991 while announcing the beginning of the Iraq War.
