A disabled person mobilized in Ukraine surrendered to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and said that the Armed Forces are grabbing everyone to send them to war.

He was dragged out of a bus, brought to the military enlistment office, beaten and handed a summons.

One of the men did not want to take the summons and his fingers were broken with the butt of a gun and he was still forced to take it.
