.... It's hard to reconcile the fact that there is literally no scientific evidence that the earth is a globe, or anything like it.  And I say literally, not in the common everyday sense where people really mean, figuratively, I do mean literally, there is zero proof, earth is round, let alone spinning at a 1,000 mph, and rotating around the sun at 66,000 mph, as our galaxy travels I forget how many million's of mph.... but yes, some millions, of miles per hour...shooting infinitely through never-ending space, for billions and billions of years.....and indeed, there is zero proof of any of that, anywhere... it's simply not observable anywhere in the real world, nor can it be re-created in a laboratory.... you must take it on faith... theoretical, abstract, mathematical modeling.... it's all 100% pseudo-scientific non-sense, at best.  It's really bad. 

Do your due diligence already, turns out the lunatic fringe... that we all know is out there... might not be so loony, after all.  Now, the fully indoctrinated, them, watch out for, they'll pull you down with them, into stagnation, and rot... when the very foundation of their perceptions of reality are at stake, and crumbling down all around them, don't underestimate the human mind's ability to engage in it's fail-safe defense mechanisms, to protect it's version of reality....and it knows no bounds... it can stop any significant research, in it's tracks.... with generated thoughts such as... it's a waste of my time... it's too ridiculous to spend another second thinking about it....  what if the world is flat, I still have to get up and go to work in the morning... who really cares... etc, etc... all defense mechanisms, the real you would be curious..... So yes, learn to control your mind's reflexive mental defense mechanisms, it's key... here's a method for doing just that, at least I found it helpful... anyhow, simply tell your brain, it's not the boss of you, tell it to back the fuck off, cause you're going to look into this stuff, with an open mind, whether that son of a bitch, wants you to, or not.  Absolutely.  God's speed.
