2 Peter 1:19 Confirmed prophetic word vs. a parable Matthew 13:10-15. This video

discusses the abuse of the Lord's parable at Matthew 24:36, "No one knows the day or the hour...." It distinguishes between a parable and the confirmed prophetic word and the impact each of these concepts could have on one's spiritual growth depending on which they confirm over their life. It discusses the important events that took place in Jesus' earthly ministry after He spoke that parable at Matthew 24:36 and that none of the disciples went around teaching anyone after Jesus' death, burial and resurrection that no one knows the day or the hour of His second coming. But rather His disciples testified that they saw Jesus, even to this day many testify that they have seen Jesus.
