Ex 20
1. I am a personal Elohim to you I delivered you out of bondage worship no false elohim.
2. Do not build religious images to bow down to, because I will not tolerate divided loyalties, if you are with Me you are with Me only. Rather guard these my commandments and make them your rules for life and My mercy for you will be evident in your life.
3. You shall not take the name of YAHUAH ELOHAYKA in vain; for YAHUAH will not hold him guiltless that takes his name in vain.
4. Remember the day of the Shabbath, to keep it holy.
5. Honour your father and your mother.
6. You shall not kill.
7. You shall not break wedlock.
8. You shall not steal.
9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour.
10. You shall not lust after your neighbour's house, you shall not lust after your neighbour's woman, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is your neighbour's.

The Five Duties

1. Provide the basics of life to the hungry thirsty homeless, with water, food and clothing.
2. Visit the sick
3. Check on the welfare of widows
4. Check on the welfare of orphans
5. Visit and check on the needs of those in prison.
