There are quite a few things off with this one no matter your vantage point. Ok the guy was really obese in recent years. I can come from that angle. Maybe the psycho nurse would've been best served by addressing fatso's eating habits? Was she picking up four big macs on the way home from the hospital?

These idiots are so concerned about their health and some magic fairy virus, but they ignore the obvious. That's just one angle.
