This video goes out to Mr. El Gadi, president of the User's committee at the Douglas Mental Health Institute in Québec.

The user's committee is tasked with the role of defending the rights of patients in the healthcare system.  It was the failure of this committee, and others like it, to block the pharma pushers, and all the other accessories to pharma (like the military industrial complex and the mass school shooting, fake, mainstream media).

The main reason for the failure of this particular committee was the refusal of the current president, who is not, and was not, even a patient at the hospital, to decommission, and hold the annual election, as it is required by the committee constitution. 

The User's (i.e. the patients of the institution)  Committee, reserved and uniquely responsible for defending the rights of patients, which is supposed to be comprised of PATIENTS or ex patients of the institution, is hijacked by a Muslim, patriarchal, power addicted, hypocrite.  He is going on the 8th year as president, not holding a single election since he was elected.  He drives away all the other committee members so that he can maintain authority.  This man is a prime example, of the retards that the Muslim world is deliberately exporting into the north to ultimately break the social systems and reform the society under sharia law.

This video, showing him what is happening to the native homeland to him, as he is a Palestinian refugee from the 90s, is intended to make him and the rest of the Muslims, realize, that by damaging the sincere potential with Europeans and American institutions, he and the Muslims are only further condemning the homes from which these people come. 

He will be sent this video, along with a link to Occupied, and a request to honor the constitution and restore annual elections. 

If an actual, patient, such as I, would to be elected as President, or if as I hoped, the structure of the committee would change from a vertical to a horizontal structure, which I can implement (like a Jedi Council style), we can begin to serious hinder the flow of pharmaceutical drugs throughout the city.

The user's committee is given sufficient administrative positioning such that it can block almost any act taking place at the hospital.  Taking it back, for the people, from a man named Mr. El Ghadi (French Muslim for ''The man says''), will be the first step to developing a true, grassroots, alternative healthcare service, within the current institutional framework.
