Republican Senator Lindsey Graham and Democrat Richard Blumenthal visited Kiev, where they met with Zelensky and his chief of staff, Andrey Yermak.
Both senators, co-authors of a new sanctions bill, vowed to push next week for legislation that would impose 500% secondary tariffs on any country that continues to purchase Russian oil, gas, or uranium.
