This was an event called All Souls Procession, a Witchcraft shaman event where people honor their dead relatives by dressing up as witches. It happens every Halloween in Arizona. I went out there and pleaded with people to repent and put their faith in the LIGHT of Jesus instead of the DARKNESD of Satan by which they are blinded by.
