6:45 pm you can see here the microwave frequencies,,,,blocking the sun and creating some kind of rain effect over LA. I trust none of what they are doing but you can see very clearly it is not natural. Much of this video appears to be out of focus. I have learned that the microwave frequencies vibrate and makes photographing them hard to see in focus many times.
