Milan was walking his dog, when the suspects approached. Davis, a convicted felon who was released on bail two weeks earlier, robbed him at gunpoint, putting the gun to his chest as the other suspect went through his pockets. When they discovered that he didn’t have anything of value on him, Davis shot him in the chest, before the suspects fled.
