This was a picture of the power of a pit bull

Many people surrounded him, the gossip made him angry

This made rescue difficult.

The rescuer needed to be calm, correct his movements and read his body language.

If we were not doing it right, it was going to do more damage to the cornered animal.

I wanted my first contact with him to be a calm and energetic moment.

After a few growls, he got up and walked beside me to the car.

I hoped it was a courage to rise above the pain and hurt.
